At Rewind HiFi, our goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience, from browsing to unboxing. Our policies are designed to reflect transparency, fairness, and the care we put into each piece of vintage audio gear we sell.
š Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If youāre not completely satisfied, hereās how we can help:

Returns are accepted within 7Ā days of delivery.

Items must be in the same condition as receivedāunmodified and returned in the same box you received it in.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or not as described.

Please note: Due to the nature of vintage equipment, some cosmetic wear is expected and not considered a defect.

All our products are thoroughly tested and serviced before sale unless indicated in the description.

Each item comes with a 15-day limited warranty on functionality.

Warranty covers internal electronic failure due to normal usage.

Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.

We ship with care to ensure your gear arrives safely.

Orders ship within 3ā5 business days after payment is received.

All items are packed using anti-static materials, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxes.

Shipping is available to all U.S. states. International shipping is currently not offered.
Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the order is dispatched.
